We accept orders only under these terms.
By placing an order you agree to them — no exceptions unless we both sign something different in writing.

1. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice due to manufacturer increases, exchange rates, or freight costs.

2. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We’re not obligated to accept any order.
Cancel anytime before shipment → full refund.
Once shipped → standard 90-day return policy applies.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment required at checkout.
Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, and bank wire (wholesale > $2,000).
Orders are not processed until payment clears.

4. Title & Risk

Title passes when we receive full payment.
Risk passes the moment the carrier takes possession.

5. Returns & Refunds

90-Day Hassle-Free Returns on unused parts in original packaging.
You pay return shipping — unless we made a mistake → then return shipping is free + rush replacement.
